It's important to ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, complete with labels and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.
